Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The room was spacious and clean, but a bit dated, and some amenities could use improvement. The dining options left a lot to be desired, while the service at the restaurant unfortunately missed the mark. The location is great for exploring Kananaskis, but I think the hotel could invest more in upkeep overall.
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, and there were several maintenance issues during my visit. On a positive note, the size of the rooms was adequate, and the location is quite secluded, which can be nice if you want to get away from the hustle. However, the lack of proper service and the unappealing breakfast offerings really overshadowed any potential benefits.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. I was thrilled about the lobster buffet on Friday night, but the rooms left much to be desired, especially in cleanliness and maintenance. The breakfast was only average and did not meet expectations. Overall, I had some fun moments, but I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
